Stian Hasli Hansen

Stian has a master degree in law from the University of Oslo and has studied one semester at Bond University Faculty of Law. His line of work is business law in general with focus on employment- and contract law.

Stian works with the whole range of employment law issues for Norwegian and international companies. He has extensive experience in relation to evaluations of whether employee’s salary- and working conditions are consistent with the requirements of laws, regulations and collective agreements. Stian has assisted on legal Due Diligence assignments with focus on employment law issues, and has worked with transfer of undertakings, workforce reductions and with regular dismissals.

Stian is also a co-author on chapter 10 in the commentary to the working environment act in "arbeidsrett.no" and is a contributor on the working time chapter in the book "Oversikt over arbeidsretten" (red. Henning Jakhelln), 2015.
