Simen is mainly working with domestic and international VAT matters. He has extensive experience assisting Norwegian and foreign companies with their treatment of VAT and other indirect taxes, in Norway and the EU.
In particular Simen provides VAT advice relating to cross-border sales of goods or services, and assistance with appeals or other procedures towards the tax authorities. In addition, Simen has gained experience working with corporate law and general contract law, as well as M&A transactions. Simen took his law degree at the University of Bergen, and he also has an LLM from the University of Southampton.
