Pernilla Viotti Johansen

Pernilla is a Director in PwC's Tax and Legal Services. She has worked as a tax advisor since 2004; first in PwC Stockholm and London and, since 2008 in PwC Oslo.
Pernilla works mainly with transaction related services, including tax due diligence, structuring, SPA advice and assistance related to management incentives. She has assisted in numerous transactions and is an experienced project manager.
Pernilla has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Stockholm University. She is an authorized lawyer.
