Per Frode Sundby

Per Frode joined PwC in 2006 and has previously worked as a Tax Advisor for the Central Office for Foreign Tax Affairs in Norway. Per Frode specializes in international and national corporate tax law with an emphasis on transfer pricing. He is member of the Transfer Pricing Group in PwC Norway, and in charge of the Transfer Pricing Practice in PwC Bergen. Clients include international and domestic Financial institutions, Energy companies, Insurance companies, Oil service companies as well as shipping companies.

Per Frode has assisted a wide variety of clients in connection with international restructuring. He has also an extensive experience in assisting clients with preparation of transfer pricing policy and transfer pricing documentation.
