Lars Hallvard Walby

Lars is a lawyer and partner in the law firm PwC. Lars has extensive experience in corporate taxation and has worked with national and international tax law since 1999. He has for years assisted medium and large sized Norwegian and international clients with tax advice. In addition, he has experience from the public tax administration, including from the Central Tax Office for Large Enterprises.

Lars assists Norwegian and international industry players with ongoing tax advice, and in connection with restructurings, cross-border transactions and establishment, acquisitions and sales structures, including tax due diligence. Lars has special expertise in the special tax regime for hydropower production. In addition, he has extensive experience in estate planning.

Lars joined PwC in 2011 after having worked as a senior lawyer in the law firm BA-HR.
