Hugo is a lawyer and head of PwC's law firm in the Northwest part of Norway. He has experience with providing advice in domestic taxes, VAT and other business law areas. Hugo has work experience from private companies and public sector.
Hugo's main expertise is national tax, including the special tax regimes the tonnage taxation and energy taxation, company law and reorganisations. In addition, he assists customers with contracts, buying / selling companies/business activity, work in board of directors, etc.
Working with customers in Møre og Romsdal has given Hugo good industry experience in the oil service industry, the shipbuilding industry, fishing, shipping and real estate.
