Helene is Customs Adviser and Directo and works with international duties, customs and excise duties. Helene is a specialist in import and export rules, including in particular free trade agreements, rules of origin and the GSP system. Among other things, she has participated in the free trade negotiations between EFTA-India, EFTA-Vietnam and Norway-China. In addition, she also works with the regulations concerning import-VAT, excise duties and general customs issues.
