Gunnar Bøyum

Gunnar has since 1992 worked in PwC with corporate tax matters, company law, contract law and business law in general, and works with structuring, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, etc. Gunnar is leading the office in Førde, and works at the offices in Førde and Oslo. Before Gunnar joined PwC, he worked 4,5 years with the Norwegian Tax Directorate.
