Carl Henrik is educated at the University of Bergen. He has taken specialized subjects in public procurement law and competition law. He joined PwC in august 2022 after working two years as an legal adviser for the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA) and the Competition Appeals Tribunal (Konkurranseklagenemnda). Carl Henrik currently works with counseling within public sector procurement, contractual law and other business law matters.
