Silje has worked as an advocate in the private sector since 2007. She has previously worked as a tax advisor for the Norwegian Central Office - Foreign Tax Affairs (COFTA), and as an an advocate in the law firm Schjødt. Silje has extensive experience within Norwegian and international tax issues.
She has worked with tax issues related to transactions, structuring, taxation of capital and petroleum taxation. Silje is used by several of our upstream clients in relation to general petroleum tax issues and transfer pricing issues.
