Øystein Andal

After a six-year stint with the specialist tax law firm Harboe & Co, Øystein rejoined PwC Norway in February 2017.
A former employee of the Norwegian Oil Taxation Office, Øystein is a specialist in Norwegian Petroleum Taxation, having worked extensively as an advisor to Norwegian E&P companies for the past 12 years.
Øystein also has more than 15 years of work experience as a specialist in International Corporate Tax, with a special focus on Transfer Pricing. He has extensive and varied experience from advisory work, tax disputes and interaction with the Tax Authorities.
Øystein has published several articles on Transfer Pricing, and he is a frequently used lecturer.
