Knut Henrik has worked as a advocate in the Lawfirm PwC since 2001. He finished law school in 1993 and is also educated business economist. In general Knut Henrik works with general business law, and he has his core competency in national personal and corporate taxation, company law, tax assessment and inheritance and succession. He provides assistance including in connection with restructurings and equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, stock transactions and inheritance and succession.
