Jonas Hansen

Jonas joined PwC in 2015. He mainly works with restructuring and generational changes. His legal areas of expertise are company law, Norwegian tax and contract law. He advises clients in transactions, optimizing and implementing corporate structure changes. Jonas assists clients in both the private and public sector. Jonas joined PwC from a position as associate professor at the University of Tromsø in 2015, where he is still associated as a sensor and supervisor.
