Eirik Bang Pedersen

Eirik is an advocate/manager in PwC Norway (Tromso office). Prior to joining PwC in September 2017 he worked three years for Wiersholm Law firm in Oslo. He works primarily with transactions/M&A, including negotiations, contract drafting, legal due diligences and closing matters. Eirik has also wide experience with cases relating to real estate and contract law. Eirik has a masters' degree in law from the University of Tromsø from 2014, and has also completed additional electives in business laws from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2013.
